Tipping Point author talks about his experience with sauce. I personally like thick, chunky spaghetti sauce with mushrooms. But, if brands stopped innovating their product beyond trying to make the most authentic sauce, I may never have known. People’s perception of what they think is best, isn’t necessarily what they will like best. Providing options in products can make more people happier and grow sales. Be happy, embrace diversity.
